Job Summary:
Perform duties such as interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, clarify queries, discuss conditions of sale and close the sale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
2. Continuous follow up on the leads assigned
3. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
4. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
5. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate their requirements and present options accordingly.
6. Negotiating and closing the sales.
7. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
8. Building a good relationship with prospective clients
9. Meeting or exceeding sales goals

Experience : 2+ years
