Manager/Assistant Manager - Sales/Business Development - BFSI (2-15 yrs)

Work locations: Belgaum, Bijapur, Bellary, Davangere, Gulbarga, Hassan, Hubli, Mangalore, Mandya, Mysore, Puttur, Udupi (limited vacancies at each location)
Position - BDM (Business Development Manager) / ASM (Assistant Sales Manager)
Role :
- Selling insurance to assigned leads/prospective customers, which may be self generated or may be generated by the Agent Network
- You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers.
Mandatory Criteria :
- Must be Graduate (Bachelor's degree is mandatory)
- Must have 2-10 years of any full time work experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Relevant work.
For Banca Sales and higher positions / salary, experience in Insurance Sales is mandatory (not available all locations).
- Must be resident of Job location city and must have strong personal network.
- Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)
- Must be able to join within 7 days after getting offer
Salary : 2.40 to 3.20 LPA + Huge Incentives + Fast Track Growth
