Manager/Assistant Manager - Retail Marketing - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)
- Hiring for a US Canadian MNC with a t/o of 750 US BILLION $ for a postion of Manager /Assistant Manager for 2 locations : Mumbai & Ludhiana. Exposure in retail real estate is helpful
2) Exposure to how retailers work, F&B operates, how marketing adds to them is imp for the candidate to know
3) Candidate should be from commercial real estate background, where candidate has done marketing for malls 4) Passionate individual with good understanding of activations N digital media
5) Planning & execution Annual Marketing Calendar in line with business requirement.
6). Assist in designing the corporate brochure, collaterals, signages, monthly newsletters, promotional events and overseeing the entire publicity.
7). Assist in planning and managing the advertisement schedule
8). Coordinating with Leasing for leaflets, brochures, hoarding and advertisement and finalization of pricing and launch.
9). Assist in brand creation/management
10). Contribute to concept development
11). Participate and provide inputs in creating marketing campaign for company/project
12). Liaise with advertisement & social media marketing
13). Plan and execute advertising/communication campaigns along with on boarded partner.
14). Developing and coordinating communication programs for a range of internal and external audiences
