Manager/Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing - Recruitment Firm (3-7 yrs)

We are looking for a self-starter creative and motivated data driven marketer to lead the marketing funnel for Crescendo Group companies . Someone who thrives on working in complex and challenging environment of a rapidly evolving businesses.

Being a Digital Marketer you will be responsible for:

- Establishing,automating and optimizing scalable processes that ensure best Digital Marketing practices in campaign and lead management across all Crescendo Group companies.

- Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, engaging landing pages and problem-solving content across all channels.

- Identifying various KPI across different marketing channels for tracking and reporting ROI to concerned internal stakeholders, and recommending an appropriate budget based on past campaign performance.

- Conducting marketing research to identify and implement group-level and company-level Marketing strategies and develop monthly, quarterly and yearly Marketing plans.

- Managing all Social Media platforms for Crescendo Group companies and monitoring performance through Social Media Analytics

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Digital Marketing strategies

- Managing and collaborating with vendors to develop innovative digital assets: copy, blogs, posters, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc. and corporate collateral: brochures, standees, stationery, internal documents, etc. for all Crescendo Group companies.

The skills you'll need :

- You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently

- You can teach and empower recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates

- You develop a deep understanding of your target audience to ensure your messaging hits home

- You've organized campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads

- You live on social media, and can attract followers and keep them engaged

- You've created and managed mobile-first websites, and can leverage Google Analytics to optimize the candidate experience and increase CTA conversions

- You've built a pipeline / database of leads who read your texts, open your emails and respond to your content

- You cant live without marketing automation / CRM, and love to try new technology that can improve your processes and results

- You track, measure and analyze everything from top to bottom of the funnel, test to know whats working and whats not, and jump in to try new tactics, fail and learn

- You're curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an organized project manager and a team player who can also do it all yourself without needing a lot of resources or budget

- You collaborate across Talent Acquisition, partner with Marketing, support Business Units and work with external agencies and vendors to make big things happen

- You've had a career in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising, and now you're ready to become a Recruitment Marketer.

Additionally :

- Bachelor Degree in Technology, and MBA in Marketing in local universities 3-7 years of experience working in a digital marketing role.

- Strong track record working in Digital Marketing campaigns.

- Solid experience in website management, interactive commerce, social media, brand development and content management.

- Hands on knowledge in HTML, CSS and jQuery.

- Hands on knowledge of graphics manipulation with Canva, Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc. is an advantage.

- Proficient in SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.

- Experience working with WordPress or any other CMS platform.

- A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
