Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations, or Business, or in a related field with diploma/certification in Digital Marketing

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Competencies Required

- Possesses Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi

- Hand-on experience with various marketing channels, mostly digital

- Strong understanding of industry trends and e-commerce web tools


- Understanding of SEO concepts; familiarity with Google Apps and Google Analytics

- In-depth knowledge and experience of strategies like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate marketing, and more.

- Analytical skills: The digital marketing specialist must be able to interpret and translate data into actionable steps

- Writing skills: Writing is crucial to the digital marketing specialist. He/she must be creative with ability to write professional, persuasive, and friendly emails/contents, and sales pitches

- Multi-tasking: The digital marketing specialist may have handled several tasks simultaneously, so it is essential that they can stay on top of multiple projects at once and also find efficient ways to carry out repetitive tasks

- Good listener and ability to respond to consumer research

- Out of the box thinking approach

Job Responsibilities

- Align the digital marketing strategy with the objectives of the company

- Establish brand positioning, segment target audiences, and develop marketing plans across different channels, geographies, industry and businesses

- Responsible for creating and executing paid and unpaid social media Ad campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linkedin and other reliable digital platforms

- Identifying core target audience in social & digital media platform commensurate with our product offerings

- Responsible for expanding and executing well-thought digital advertising plans and designs, including landing pages, content marketing, and SEO; video and other media campaigns

- Responsible for initiating exclusive promotions, products, and events; contests and experiences to attract new users and retain customers

- Responsible for composing original and attention-grabbing product descriptions, website content, and articles for blog (If required)

- Responsible for generating new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and offers

- Oversee the company's web site and content, including the configuration and editing of product items, copy and image proofing; creating graphics etc.

- Track, measure and analyse the effectiveness and impact of executed marketing campaigns to gain insight, assess against set-goals and to optimize future campaigns

- Managing & Maximizing platform wise efficiency of spends based on the desired objective

- Write engaging content for our website, blog, and all social media pages that successfully attracts and converts our target audiences

- Preparing weekly, fortnightly & monthly brand performance report

- Competition monitoring & preparing fortnightly & monthly report

- Work with the agency on creative & content development

- Ideating with agency & departmental head on innovative campaigns
