- Bachelor's degree; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, etc.) typically preferred;

- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills;

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also to deliver independently;

- Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement;

- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting;

- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization;

- Professionals from a Franchise Sales background will be preferred.

Who You'll Work With:

You will join our team remotely (in the current period and later can be discussed mutually) to work in teams, individually, and directly with Franchisee.

What You'll Do

- You will play an active role in all aspects of Franchise Business Development

- This includes creating a detailed business plan, developing a sustainable franchise business, offering continuous support to the franchisee to ensure the overall success of the franchisor, and the franchise, lining up and meeting new franchisee prospects, ensuring franchisee expansion targets are delivered.

- You will responsible for the entire Gurgaon City in Haryana State as your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new prospects through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling

- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business

- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system

- Preparing & sending pitches, proposals, and sales reports

- Meeting new prospects and setting up a final meeting with the City Partner.

- Creates a detailed business plan.

- Develop a sustainable franchise business.

- Offering continuous support to the franchisee to ensure the franchisor's overall success and the franchise.

- Lining up and meeting new franchisee prospects.

- Ensuring franchisee expansion targets are delivered.

- Identify and qualify new prospects through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling

- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business

- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system

- Preparing & sending pitches, proposals, and sales reports
