Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Business Development
- Prospective client interaction
- Lead generation
- Capability presentation to clients
- Participation in Bid/Tenders (Bid documentation preparation & participation)
- Project cost estimation & Proposal preparation & submission to clients
- Follow up with clients on proposal, payments, project confirmation
- Presenting and delivering information to clients at meetings, Industry Exhibits, Trade shows, and conferences. Any other stipulated work/task provided from time to time
Qualification :
- Any Engineering Background with 6-10 years of total experience including few years in
- Business Development role at any marine organization (design/Shipyard/OEM/etc.).
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical Engineering
- Candidate with Degree +MBA (will have an added advantage)
- Must have excellent Communication Skills.
- Must have on-hand experience with estimations & proposals & tender participations
- Good presentation & CRM skills
- Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills
- Having 6-10 years of experience in Business Development role at Ship design & engineering co./Marine consultancy/Shipyard
- Minimum Experience 6 years
- Maximum Experience 10 years
