Business Development Manager 


- As a Assistant Sales Manager, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, Furthermore, you should be able to work at flexible hours and meet sales targets.

- Researching and sourcing conceivable customers 

- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of FCs and advisors

- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills

- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.

- Performance Measures (The quantitative measures of the jobs overall responsibility)

- Building of Agency by way of retaining the team and making them successful.

- Building new customer connections and supporting the existing ones

- Regularly Visit different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range

- Defining the technical features of a product to customers

- Attending and participating in product training and conferences

- Taking a note of the sales goals and achieving the same

Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent

Experience Required : 2 + Years of Experience Required in Sales and Marketing in Any Sectors

Age Criteria : 24 to 38 Years

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel to different locations and work at flexible hours

- Highly motivated individual
