Our client is a housing finance corporation that amalgamates technology and traditional distribution model to help self-employed workers attain housing loans easily.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
The Profile :
- You have at least 5 years experience within a Business Development role, ideally within the Housing Finance industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- You have prior experience with products like - Home loan, Mortgage loan, Commercial vehicle loan, SME loans.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are willing to undertake good amount of travel.
