Manager - Alternate Channel - Sales - Gold Loan (5-10 yrs)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Head to own and drive our Rupeek business partner channel nationally. As the Head of the RBP Channel, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

- Onboarding freelancers, DSA connectors, financial service agents, LIC agents, retailers near competitor branches etc to become Rupeek business partners

- Extracting leads and business from all onboarded Rupeek business partners

- Ensure maximum onboarded partners are active (giving leads leading to business) every month

- Monitor and grow active RBPs, top value contributing RBPs and consistent business giving RBPs

- Design and implement initiatives to increase stickiness of RBPs to Rupeek.

- Own and drive the Rupeek gold club program for RBPs and ensure maximum participation under the same

- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on the ground and maximize daily delivery from RBP channel

- Training and mentoring ABMs and TBMs as well as RBPs on a regular basis, providing them with pointed feedback to grow delivery.

Education: Graduated

Experience: 5-10 years of experience

Location: Bangalore

Must Have:

- Should have experience in Alternate Channel and Tied Agency Channels.

- Should be from the BFSI industry only.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Agency/Advisor recruitment and development in tied agency channels.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in BFSI sales, especially in Alternate channel/Tied Agency Channel(PL, HL, LAP, etc.).

- Experience working with large number of financial services partners / DSAs and their connectors etc

- A proven track record in the Fintech/Banks/NBFCs space handling volume delivery/doing relationship management for DSAs.

- Experience leading large teams or partnering/managing 50+ DSA accounts in the BFSI space, with execution excellence in high volume delivery business.
