Sales Manager
- We are seeking a driven Agency Manager to lead agency performance.
- The agency manager's responsibilities include drawing up improvement plans, setting and meeting monthly targets, and liaising with clients to ensure improved service and product delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Maintain healthy relationship with all Stakeholders like customers
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest development.
- Valuate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy
Skills :
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Valid driver's license.
Experience : Minimum 1 To 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
Age : 22 to 38 years.
