CTC : Upto 3.5 Lakhs Per Annum + incentives + allowances
Function : Business Development/ Sales

Job Description :
- Recruit agents or advisors
- Train Develop & Mentor agents/advisors
- Reporting to CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CDM)
- Maintain Track Records of customers.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Age between 23 - 37 years and must be a graduate
- 1 year Experience in Insurance Sales - Agency channel
- Good Communication Skill in local language also
- Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
