Manager - After Sales Service - Warranty Services (10-15 yrs)
The role is responsible for,
- Attending calls from customer and providing on time warranty & Post Warranty support against to customer / service Engineer calls and Ensure Zero production loss for the customers.
- To provide support by either remote / onsite visit to customer place
- To be able to carry out troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and other mechanical system
- To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines
- To Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Breakdown and Service support
- Involvement for the supplier interaction, rework
- Onsite mechanical installation and modification activities
- New modification activity onsite understanding coordination with design team
- To discussion with global customers and Service partners that indicates job to be done on successful manner
- Initiating New Modification Installation Time Plan preparation and completion of the project
- Initiating New Global Service partners engagement and ensuring agreement sign - off
- Involving for Projects Handover and arranging knowledge sharing to the team members
- Arranging training programs to the relevant team members
- Scheduling Weekly Review meeting to Regional Teams to understand ongoing complaint status
