Manager - After Sales - Mobile Hydraulics Domain (15-20 yrs)
Position : After Sales Manager
Experience : At least 15 years

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in the customer-facing quality department. This candidate will be the head of the after sales and application department. He will supersede and coordinate our service engineers. In particular he will :
- Coordinate the activities of our engineers in the field;
- Manage and negotiate claims and warranties with the customers;
- Support all claims with the required qualitative documentation (8D reports, 5S reports.. )
- Create the 'installation' reports;
- Coordinate and manage the reparations and quality inspections of the material in plant;
- Supports customer relationships by maintaining deep product technical knowledge and providing technical advice, technical support, and technical expertise to enable & foster expansion in the market and solve for customer inquiry, problems, and needs.
- Guarantee that customer queries and issues are addressed in a timely manner (directly or through the team).
