Manager - Affiliated Marketing (1-3 yrs)
About the job :
We are seeking a talented and experienced affiliate marketing manager to join our marketing team and drive the growth of our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners to maximize revenue and expand our reach in the digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive growth.
2. Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, and content creators, to join our program.
3. Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and commission structures to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
4. Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, including creative assets, promotional materials, and performance reports.
5. Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to align affiliate initiatives with business objectives.
7. Work on staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to affiliate marketing.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve the affiliate program to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
2. 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related role
3. Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue growth
4. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, tools, and platforms
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Experience with affiliate marketing software and tracking platforms is a plus
