- Job Description
1) Handling the Ad Ops team of size 50 to 100
2) Working as a stakeholder to build a strong team for ad agencies and publishers
3) Managing the entire ad operations for clients by training team members, creating process documents and SOPs
4) Strong team building to achieve 100% quality and zero escalations
5) Capable of handling International clients across the globe
6) Handson's experience with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, and Ad Networks
7) Implement and schedule advertisement campaigns for a range of clients across a wide variety of industries and digital media platforms.
8) Working on client and ad ops reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or any of the BI tool
9) Setting up campaigns on DSPs and SSPs
10) Optimizing campaigns to improve the pacing and performance
11) Conducting daily huddles and team meetings to ensure KT
