They focus on providing quality training and high impact consultancy on Digital Marketing.

The company co-founded by two Ex-Googlers, has currently launched India's first digital marketing simulation tool, allowing students and professionals to get hands-on experience in all major global search platforms like Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. by playing with virtual money and learning the real time optimization for higher conversion rate and better ROI.

As the Management Trainee - Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for growing the business through B2B sales and supporting the other sales propositions.

What you will do:

- Developing and executing against a comprehensive account plan to meet and exceed business objectives.

- Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction

- Focusing on contract management for strategic accounts w.r.t billing, collection, SLA, open issues and their resolution

- Creating & articulating compelling value propositions around offerings

- Executing sales development activities to achieve the quarterly and annual targets

- Managing Revenue in the region

- Managing documentation and reporting for the business and th key accounts

What you need to have:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales handling strategic accounts for similar businesses

- Should have good MS Office skills (Powerpoint and Excel)

- Detail orientation, ability to prioritize work and clearly communicate

- Superior interpersonal & communication skills

- Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment
