JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Management trainee to coordinate sales activities that will help maximize our sales team's performance.

MT responsibilities include preparing presentations and excel models to present to clients in first meeting, creating presentation and document on the inquiry and questions from the client till the deal is closed and finally prepare a daily/weekly/monthly report for client on the project proceedings.

Ultimately, you are responsible equally for sales closing and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges

- Onboard and train new salespeople

- Identify sales individual and team needs to close a deal

- Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies

- Design process using gamification, role-playing activities and job simulation

- Gather feedback on all sales pitches from clients, managers and sales executive

- Set annual sales and delivery objectives for the sales team

- Maintain updated records of each sales activity

- Evaluate project deliverable and employees- performance after each cycle

- Monitor costs of Sales process

Requirements

- Work experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Coach or similar role

- Must be pro in Excel and creating Presentations, should have good understanding of minimal design process

- Experience in a sales or customer service position is a plus

- Familiarity with creating presentation, excel models, gamification and sales activities

- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people

- Problem-solving skills

- Post Graduation degree in Education, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing or relevant field

- Additional training certification is a plus
