The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.

- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.

- Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.

- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.

- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.

- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.

- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and managing any data cleansing activities.

- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

- Compose marketing emails for target clients after approval.

- Sharing ideas for potential marketing related to LinkedIn and keeping track.

- Contributing ideas for content to be used with digital and social channels associated with Signisys.

- Assist with Signisys's internal and external communications.

- Other tasks and assignments as directed by the mentor.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Fast learner with a thirst for fully understanding the marketing function

- Ability to work under pressure and within quick timelines.

- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

- Experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

- Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- Highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
