This is a full time role with Paid management trainee stipend / compensation.
After completion of MT you will be absorbed in the organization based on performance with starting Salary of Rs. 6 to 12 Lakhs per annum
Qualification & Experience: Degree with 0-2 years of experience in Core Sales and Marketing.
1. Experience in Sales of Corporate training, education sales, Leadership Development Programs is must for the candidate.
2. Excellent communication and Social media networking skill to engage corporate executives and business leaders for our programs
3. Experience in education sales & Corporate training shall be an added advantage. Result-oriented and ability to achieve targets.
4. Willing to take end to end responsibility from initiating the engagement to closing the admission.
5. Must have the passion for human transformation, and ready to take challenge to meet and exceed the expectation.
6. Candidates who are willing to grow in their life and career and can grow in the organization and assume senior management roles.
Responsibilities: To coordinate with:
1. L & D department of corporate clients to check the opportunity of various corporate training requirements
2. Business owners to provide leadership development and Business transformation Training with requirement for end-user training.
3. Colleges and University for tie up for exclusive Job & Employability training to their students at subsidised fees.
4. Startup entrepreneurs and professionals for - Entrepreneurship & Business Incubation Training.
