Management Trainee - Institutional Sales - Beer Distributor (0-1 yrs)
- Responsible for Budgeted Volume of Beer in the allotted territory through HoReCa Segment
- Responsible for Budgeted Revenue
- Identifying and appointment of Beer distributors for Beer service as per company policies and norms in his/her assigned Territory
- Ensure the supplies to distributor done though direct supplies as per the policies and norms of company and ensure proper timings as per distributor requirement.
- Identifying outlets having consumption of Beer products in the assigned territory.
- Analyze the market opportunity of Beer market and convert the same to Beer products.
- Instil confidence in customers by building rapport with HoReCa customers in his assigned area
- In order to customize the HoReCa requirement to interact with plant in charge and ensure the quality aspect and specifications as required by HoReCa are adhered.
Desired Candidate Profile
- M.B.A in Sales & Marketing
- linguistic ability (English + local language )
- Able to generate good contacts in HoReCa segment
- Excellent Distributor / Customer handling skills
- Good geographical knowledge of assigned territory
- Should know HoReCa segment
