The role of a Management trainee would include :
1) Identifying, evaluating potential clients and generate new clients for testing lab business.
2) Contacting clients through TCs, emails and personal meetings.
3) Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
4) Market research.
5) Sending quotations/Proposals to the clients, negotiating with clients.
6) Providing report to management on BD plan.
7) Taking regular customer feedback and prepare customer satisfaction report.
