Management Associate - Sales - Merchant Service (1-2 yrs)
We are hiring Management Sales Associate for our client who is a leader in Merchant Service Industry.
Responsibilities :
1) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
2) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
3) Responsible for aligning the company's sales strategies according to the needs of the customer.
4) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5) Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast.
6) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
7) Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients.
Qualifications :
1) 1-2 years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager is a must.
2) BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4) Strong business sense and industry expertise.
5) Experienced at managing and directing a sales team.
