Mamaearth - Manager - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Job Description : Mamaearth is looking to further develop its paid marketing team with a Facebook marketing expert who can own the overarching search strategy and business.
- You should have a very clear prior online paid marketing experience and background for different marketing channels, can be the lead day-to-day subject matter expert and know how to stay ahead of industry trends.
- You're ready to roll up your sleeves, take up projects and see them to completion with minimal supervision.
- Experience in Facebook Ad manager is a must.
Job Scope :
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SQL & Advanced Excel) and AdWords, GDN, SEM, Facebook Ad Manager, etc
- Responsible to execute, strategize and manage all the relevant marketing channels available.
- Provide effective guidance of business plans and forecasts
- Keep up to date with paid search best practices and strategies,
- Perform hands-on bid optimization to meet and exceed volume and ROI targets
- Develop A/B test landing pages, messaging and multiple user experiences
- Working closely with the content team for ad designs and experiments
Required Skills :
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Facebook marketing agency or client side e-commerce experience preferred.
- To be numbered savvy and detail oriented.
- A thorough understanding of digital marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- An understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV.
- Experience with bid management tools a plus.
