Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Have 3-5 years of experience, ideally working on Consumer-Facing, Large-Scale products.

- Previous work experience with an e-commerce/startup/early-stage companies

Skills/Competencies Required :

- Must have knowledge of Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clevertap, Excel.

- Experience in campaign planning, execution and measurement process

- Must be comfortable in handling large volumes of data

- Quick learner and highly action-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- You enjoy working in teams and are an excellent team player with good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute email, SMS, Whatsapp, Fb Messenger & Push Notification campaigns to target users with relevant and personalized communication.

- Leverage data and analytics to understand user behaviour and transaction/search patterns

- Come up with strong data insights for developing consumer segmentation campaign plans to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve measurable KPI's.

- Formulating and executing the CRM strategy aimed at increasing traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase, reduce churn and cross-sell by working closely with the Marketing, Product, Tech and Ops teams

- Conceptualize CRM marketing campaigns, craft messaging & build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base (new, active, at risk, dormant) appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle.

- Lead loyalty efforts - understanding and mapping user behaviour (immersions, profiling) piloting and experimenting with the construct and final rollout.

- Drive and monitor A/B tests and data-driven experiments.

- Responsible for quality assurance of all CRM campaigns.

- Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards.

- Learn everything you can about our customers through data and use it to drive your CRM Campaigns

- You are passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
