1. Managing end to end Business Development Activities, from generating leads to closing deals, involving market research, cold calling, walk ins, cold emailing, face to face meeting setup etc

2. Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate products

3. Creating an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, e-mail continuously assessing and communicating on how their needs can be met

4. Be the liaison between Mamaearth and the client, ensuring that any needs are fulfilled at any point of time

5. Maintaining a Corporate Sales CRM Database, which can be accessed at any time

6. Contract Creation and Management

7. Following up on payments, and ensuring quarterly closing

Skills Required:

- Consultative Selling Experience

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

- Existing experience and network with HRs, Purchase Departments etc in MNCs

- High levels of self motivation and time management
