Mamaearth - Affilate & Partnership Manager (2-6 yrs)
Affiliate Sales Strategy :
- Identify and recruit new affiliates
- Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
- Recruit new affiliates and increase performance from existing affiliates.
- Track and report on any fraudulent activity (e.g. fake clicks/sales & more)
- Expertise in creating, analyzing & negotiating multiple payout structures
- Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results and devising strategies to have month on month increment.
- Coordinate the production of creative (banners, contextual ads, landing pages), including tailored creative for affiliates
- Assist in managing ongoing acquisition programs to improve conversion
- Develop & drive the partnership strategy
- Connect with potential partners and form alliances with an objective of increasing the sales
- Identify, prospect and close partnership arrangements that deliver real value to the business
- Scout for suitable partnership opportunity and identify cross-sell, upsell opportunities
- Support business segments by integrating relevant offers from brand partners for acquisition and retention
