MakeMyTrip - Manager/Executive/Senior Executive - Business Development - Travel Booking Center - Hospital Vertical (3-6 yrs)

Travel booking Center-Hospitals is a very important sub-vertical and it requires catering to the needs of the patient's family who come over for the treatment and require travel and accommodation.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Heading the respective Travel booking centers at the hospitals.

- Responsible for daily sales and operations for the allocated Center.

- End to end responsible of the P&L of the center.

- Drive and measure productivity of the respective center.

Planning and Development Effectiveness :

- Understanding the needs of the customers and be responsible for end to end fulfilment.


- Curating the supply as per the customer demand and work closely with the BD and alternate accommodation team.

- Introduce and supervise the use of best practice process methodologies to improve results.

- Managing the relationship with the key stakeholders at the hospital.

Operational Management :

- Day to day revenue generation from the respective center via sales of the various product offering.

- Develop a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Centricity via various techniques.


 - Monitoring the cash inflow and close loop the same on a day to basis with finance.

Desired Profile : 


- Minimum of 3 years in a business development / sales / financial industry/ Retail / Hotels and Airlines. 


- The ideal candidate will come from a strong customer oriented ecommerce services or business management background. Ability to define product value propositions and differentiation.


- Any exposure to ecommerce workflows. Should have a good team handling experience. Desired candidate should be open to Shift timings and 6 days working.
