Role : Business Development Manager

Department : Domestic Hotel Supply

Level : Executive/Senior Executive

Role Overview :

- The role will be a part of Hotel Supply team which works across Makmeytrip and Ibibo. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new properties/hotels on our platform as well as maintaining relations with the key accounts in the assigned market.

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Identify and acquire new properties/hotels in the assigned area to Go-MMT platforms

2. Connect with hotel/property partners on a timely basis and resolve their concerns and to drive business growth

3. Ensure sufficient inventory is available in the assigned portfolio and rate parity is maintained

4. Keep a watch on competition and ensure rates and inventory offered by Go-MMT are competitive with other OTA's

5. Identify new properties available in the market and on-board them on Go-MMT platform as per the process

6. Conduct weekly analysis and maintain report on individual accounts

7. Ensure participation of partners in special drives, promotions run by Go-MMT on platforms

8. Train partners on the support tool whenever required and drive adoption in the market

9. Drive monthly plan by ensuring content, inventory, quality and prices as per the industry standards

10. Be the first point of contact for Go-MMT for issues concerning the partner and work with the relevant teams to ensure quick resolution.

Competencies Required :

- Good interpersonal and networking skills

- Effective Selling Skills

- Team player, self-motivated, process oriented & result driven

- High on energy, coupled with a great attitude

- Microsoft Excel proficiency

Professional and Educational Background :

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- 1-3 years of experience in b2b sales/business development
