CTC - 2.5lpa to 3.5lpa+ incentives
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Promoting new products and any special deals. Advising customers about delivery schedule and after sales services.
- Efficiently handle franchise inquiry and orders via phone, in person or email. Be empathetic and professional in handling all queries, problems that might arise keeping the organization's interests in mind.
- Act as liaison between the company and franchise to leverage resources, promote best practices and align business objectives.
- Assist with developing marketing plans, budgets and strategic plans for franchisees business.
Skill sets :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Franchising field an asset
- Sales experience is must
- Excellent organizational skills and work ethic
- Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency and meets challenging work goals
- Startup experience a plus
- High energy " Get it done" personality
- Continuous learning, reading and self-improvement is a must!
