Purpose of the role :
A Business Development Associate's role is to support the sales team by gathering and qualifying the data related to our potential target market and connecting with them through various outreach methods.
Job Role :
- Identifying the Ideal customer companies and persona profiles.
- Identify potential prospects and gather leads through research, databases, online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo), events, and other channels.
- Qualitative and quantitative research about our ICPs and compiling a list of potential clients.
- Leverage a variety of outreach methods to connect with potential customers.
- Effectively qualify leads by uncovering their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update a robust lead management system (CRM) with accurate and timely data.
- Maintain and update tracking reports for Data Management activities.
- Continuously learn about our solutions, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile :
- Should be internet savvy and be able to research for information using various search engines, directories, and networking-related sites.
- Flexible thinking and problem-solver who enables quick resolution to unique challenges.
- Deadline-driven
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- A bachelor's degree in any field, Masters is preferred.
