Mainetti - Customer Service Role (0-4 yrs)
1. Booking the Order based on PO receipt from Customer.
2. Co-ordinate with Production on Daily basis for critical orders
3. Discussing with PPC to plan for production for Critical orders as per Delivery Schedule
4. Weekly reports to the Management
5. Coordinate with customer on daily basis regarding dispatches and new order/enquiries/payment.
6. Co-ordinate & Liaison with Logistics dept. for the Dispatches related query
7. Address customer complaints and escalate to resolve the issues.
8. Follow-ups with QC/PPC/Logistics team for closing the same.
9. Coordinating with Accounts team for payment information.
