Job Description :
- Capable of handling the team size of at least 10-20 Tele callers to maximize their productivity.
- Understanding the customers' profile from Sales aspects.
- Must have experience in customer escalation handling.
- Developing tele callers in your team and motivate and drive people in the most effective and efficient manner in a high pressure environment.
- Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor.
- Driving daily target of the team.
- Achieving individual/team targets in a dynamic environment.
Candidate Profiling :
- Graduate with 4- 5 years experience in telesales outbound process.
- Prior out bond team handling or lead generation experience is mandatory from industries like Telecom, Timeshare, NBFC, banking or insurance.
- Should be comfortable in working for long stretched hours.
- Must be Aggressive and goal congruent.
