Mahindra Holidays - Retention Executive (3-8 yrs)
Job Purpose :
To help the organization retain members who have raised Rescission (Cancellation requests) and win them back into continuing with the product
What you are expected to do?
- Responsible for retaining all Rescission cases for the branch
- Calling all the members for meeting
- Meeting estranged members and reselling the membership proposition to them
- Joint accountability of branch recession targets along with Branch Manager
- Coordinate with all related support functions so as to provide service resolution to members assigned
- Coordinate with Sales team to understand case history, points of disgruntlement, member profile and selling pointers before approaching the case
- To ensure that all the interactions assigned to self are resolved within the TAT
What are we offering?
2.5 LPA - 3.25 LPA + incentives + other variable allowances
Qualification: Graduate is mandatory
