Business Development Manager
1. Responsible for sourcing Resorts / Hotels on Leasing / Acquisition model to create a steady pipeline across India.
2. Responsible for building relationship with Property Owners and Consultants (IPCs & Brokers) for acquiring New Properties.
3. Liaise / Coordinate with stakeholders for due-diligence documentation, negotiation on Agreement & Property improvement requirements.
4. Prepare proposals / presentation for Board Approvals (Business Plan / feasibility / competition analysis / project cost estimates etc.
5. Act as a Departmental Coordinator and maintain necessary records / MIS for management reporting.
6. Develop a strong network of owners / developers / consultants to fuel expansion and keep the pipeline updated at all times.
