Job Description

1. Directing all Sales aspects including target allocation of the branch, Marketing alignments with the sales team and handling other functions like human resources, administration and Member relation in accordance with the branch objectives

2. Meet goals and metrics

3. Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training in coordination with the training team.

4. Focusing on the branch health in terms of productivity, budget allocation for cost of marketing tie ups.

5. Responsible custodian for any escalations related to customer or employee related to the branch

6. Adhere to high quality parameters defined by the management related to sales retention, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws as per the branch needs.

Skills

- Proven branch management experience or handled multiple branches with a wide spread team across functions.

- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.

- Ability to meet sales targets and productivity as per defined manpower budget.

- Familiarity with branch management and employee handling of different functions

- Excellent organizational skills

- Results driven and customer focused
