Mahindra Finance - Relationship Manager - Passenger Vehicle Leasing Business (4-8 yrs)
- Grow Business in the Passenger Vehicle Leasing Business
- Grow business in the allotted territory while ensuring outstanding customer experience and good portfolio quality.
- Responsible for achieving sales target in the allotted territory
- Builds and maintains relationship with potential customers
- Generates new business and service existing account
- Proactively understand customer pain points and pitch appropriate solution
- Negotiate leasing contracts with potential customers
- Responsible for timely realization and reconciliation of receivables for all accounts
- Coordinates for all operational & servicing issues while ensuring high service standards
- Ensures TAT adherence with respect to internal process compliance and client service delivery
- Study competitor approach and suggest best practices to ensure competitiveness.
- We will compete against established market players in the Passenger leasing space. For this we would require self-motivated and resilient individuals who can market our product
- Closely monitor collections and customer retention
