Mahindra Finance - Executive - Direct Marketing (1-3 yrs)

Yavatmal and Chikhali (Vidharbha region) 

- To undertake various direct marketing initiatives such as customer meets, NOC day, gramsabha, Loan mela, MFG tie up activities etc. to conduct minimum 8-10 activities per month at his based location.

- To ensure all DMT initiatives / programs for branches under her territory in coordination with branch & Relationship manager.

- To ensure follow up on leads received through all the activities of territory & timely closure of cases.

- To ensure proper MIS on leads generated through various programmers is properly captured in system and follow up. To educate and ensure that branches select the correct activity option for DMT business in system accordingly to activities.

- Minimum individual target to generate 200 leads and min. 15 conversation per month and subsequently to reach min 20 cases pm within 3 month of operations, from his bases location only.

- To ensure minimum 250 customer visit in a month under go direct program.

- Implementation of dealer and village adoption strategies.

- For implementation of 50, to ensure follow up and conversation of business from existing database.

- To ensure follow up on lead recd through CCP, tell calling, WEB & SMS etc.

- To ensure that marketing / promotional material is available with all the branches of territory and suitably displayed. 

- To ensure adequate and safe custody of MMFSL branch promotional material and display of the same at all activities and requirement of specific promotional material for festival.

- Understand customer needs, requirements and create more opportunities to sell.

- Developing new idea to achieve sales growth.

- To maintain cordial relationship with internal & external client.

- To ensure coordination for timely collection.
