Job Description: National Sales Manager

If you own a sales track record with a minimum monthly sales of Rs. 5 Crore and have the successful track record of launching new beverage/FMCG products you can join us to lead with your live contacts in your market by instantly appointing the right Super Stockists and Distributors across the country by buliding a robust sales team. You must be from Fruit Drinks/Beverages, FMCG and Carbonated Beverages industries.

Location: Any Metros

Job Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly understand the business model, products and client segments of MBPL

- As the Sales Head you will work closely with the CEO/MD in strategizing and building the Sales Strategy of the company by prospecting and engaging the right channel partners and sales specialists.

- Develop the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan and the means to achieve it

- Achieve assigned sales targets

- Manage and grow the sales team

Experience and Skill sets:

- More than 10+ years of experience in field sales, distribution and key account management from Fruit Drinks/Beverages, Carbonated Drinks, Snacks, Packaged Water industry and FMCG.

- Bachelors degree required, MBA would be an advantage

- Fluency in English, Hindi and corresponding regional language is required
