Mahakash Agro - Sales Officer - Spices & Pickle Vertical (4-6 yrs)
Job Summary :
Looking for Sales Officer for the location of Jhansi, Allahabad, Mau, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur who can build their Channel Sales and Distribution model for Spices & Pickles division.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Responsible for appointing the distributors and the super stockiest.
- Planning of Sales Budget in the Market.
- Focused on secondary sales.
- Recruitment of sales team for distribution.
- Achieving Primary vs secondary targets.
- Managing the stock of super stockist and distributors.
- Expansion into the Rural market.
- Generate Business from Horeca(Hotel, Restaurant, Caterers)Channel.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Basic qualification - Candidate should be Graduate.
- 4-6years experience in Sales, preferably in food Industry.
- Must have complete Territory knowledge.
- The person having good experience for the rural market development will be preferred.
- Experienced in Team Handling.
