Responsibilities and Duties :
- The person will be responsible for appointing the distributors and the super stockist in today market.
- Focused on secondary sales.
- Recruitment of sales team will be the core responsibility.
- Primary vs secondary target achievements.
- Managing the stock of super stockist and distributors.
- Person will be responsible for their territory.
- Expansion into the rural market.
- Should have experience with Ready Unit stock.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- The minimum qualification for the Area Manager should be graduation in any stream.
- We basically prefer the candidates from food and beverage industry.
- The person has a good experience for the ruler development will be preferred.
- Team handling skills.
