JOB DESCRIPTION :

Magzter is seeking a superstar, entrepreneurial Assistant Manager/Senior Executive Business Development - across 5 locations - Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi & Pune, responsible for maximising & handling corporate clients.

This will be a remote work set up. Candidate should be having good contacts and connections and should be active on LinkedIn

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Market coverage for new leads in Enterprises, BFSI segments, PSU's and Tech companies, retail segment companies as well. Focus is to have a person who can hunt and bring new business.

- Engage and strategize with agencies and clients to determine their business needs and formulate partnerships. - Identify, Engage, and strategize with key-decision makers, agencies, and clients to determine their business needs and formulate partnerships.

- Report of day-to-day activities to the reporting manager.

- Work effectively with a variety of internal teams.

- Fix meetings with top management at clients for reporting manager on a regular basis.

- Achieve and deliver numbers/results as set by as set by the organisation/management

REQUIREMENTS :

- 2+ years of experience in sales and strategic alliances

- You can point to a rich history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Existing, current relationships in the segments as mentioned above.

- Ability to rope in right state holders within the organisation for any task /sales goals etc.

- Ability to work in a start-up environment.

- Ability to deliver results under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements; to plan, organise and manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to create and execute on a long-term sales strategy. Extremely focused and assertive in approach. Good in follow-ups

- Identify, create, and manage business relationships with select partners to develop joint sales opportunities and define programs to increase revenue.

- The candidate should be willing to work on "remote work- setup.

- Prefer candidates with lesser notice period.

- We require someone with a positive attitude and who has a passion for sales.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree required/MBA
