- Arranges appointments with targeted companies.

- Be a good listener Good English communication with effective convincing skills over a call

- Can solely handle the communications required for external constituents clients.

- Should have a positive attitude, be assertive, enthusiastic, self-motivator, strong negotiation and problem solving - abilities.

- Gathering market and Client information and providing feedback.

- Building strong, collaborative relationships and takes ownership of key initiatives across business levels and functions

- Strong Cold Calling and Prospecting Skills on the phone

- Able to think out of the box to generate leads.

- Driving the follows ups and regular interactions with the clients.

- Manage and update client database on a regular basis & also aggressively follow-up with clients.

- Be a strong and proactive sales support leading sales team to closures.

- Maintaining sales report

- Client servicing whenever required. Making sure committed activities to clients is delivered on time.

- Be a part of client meetings when required.

- Follows up with client to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product.

- Acknowledges clients by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls

- Deals with any client complaints and resolves the issue as necessary

Key skills :

- Excellent English - written and spoken

- Emailing

- MS-Office

- MS-Excel

- Good follow-up and confidence

- Client call handling

- Communication- English and Hindi ( spoken and written)

- Sales record maintenance
