Magnasoft - National Sales Head (15-18 yrs)

Job requirement:

- 15 to 18 years of experience with over 5 Years in B2B sales (preferably in School Domain)

- Hard Core Sales, good field experience in School Education/BFSI or any other direct selling products & services to office automation/ technology/ telecom/ education for B2B Business

- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative approach with industry, external partners and key internal functions

- Good communication and presentation skills, aggressive, self-motivated, rapport with school owners, decision makers & principals

Responsibilities:

- You will require to create & implement business plan for meeting sales, revenue and collection targets for "North Star"

- You will require understanding customer requirement and positioning the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix)

- You will acquire new customers and up-sell to existing customers for achieving revenue and order intake targets.

- You will require analyzing market trends, tracking competition activities, customer interactions & feedback on product. Build relationship/rapport with the existing customers in the territory.

- You must be resourceful, dynamic, strategic thinker and independent with strong analytical skills and financial acumen

- You will be an account manager for large, premium and chain/cluster accounts

- You will be required to organize effective BTL activities for creating the funnel
