Magicpin - Team Leader - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist and support smooth running of the day-to-day Operations in the organization
- Monitoring, measuring and improving operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Monitoring performance metrics defined across stakeholders.
- Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications related to various tools within the organization
- Interfacing with all sections within the Operations department
- Take charge of ops preparation of new projects
- Responsible for smooth home delivery operations
- All other duties as requested by the management
- Debugging production and quality issues with relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements :
- Hands on exp in Excel,SQL is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers and teammates
- Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately
- Ability to provide a world class service in every communication with the customer
- Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and has excellent negotiation skills and is highly resourceful
- Critical, analytical and forward thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to coach and mentor a team, take and execute decisions that improve customer service delivery
