Roles & Responsibility :
1. This is a B2B field sales role where you will be the face of ONDC-magicpin and interact with the store Owners of F&B brands.
2. Great people manager , those who believe in growing their teams along with them and demonstrate high EQ.
3. Leading a team of 10 to 15 BDs on various deliverables.
4. Onboard restaurants and sign them up on the home delivery category on ONDC-magicpin.
5. Every day will be unique and interesting. Chasing and achieving targets is one of the key highlights of this role and will keep you excited.
6. Training the store managers and owners about the benefits of using Magicpin app.
7. Proper account management in terms of new offers updation and support as and when required.
8. Solve operational challenges/concerns as and when raised by store managers
