KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE METRICS

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts.

- Answer probing questions about products or the company.

- Capable of handling objections raised by customer

- Co-ordination with sales team

- Enter and update customer information in CRM.

- Go extra mile to meet sales Targets assigned and facilitate future sales.

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

- Meeting daily sales targets

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Proven experience as telesales representative.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

- Good knowledge of Computer.

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

- Should be able to handle Sales pressure.
