Key Responsibilities & Performance Metrics :

1. This is a B2B field sales role where you will be the face of Magicpin and interact with the store Owners of fashion brands.

2. Every day will be unique and interesting. Chasing and achieving targets for Listing package price through store owners is one of the key highlights of this role and will keep you excited.

3. Training the store managers and owners about the benefits of using Magicpin app, how listing on magicpin will drive footfall and revenue to stores.

4. Proper account management in terms of new offers updation and support as and when required.

5. Solve operational challenges/concerns as and when raised by store managers.

Key Competencies, Knowledge And Skills :


1. Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development and account management.

2. Must have Two-Wheeler, as it's a field profile.

3. Self-driven and target oriented with proven records

4. Quick learner and smart worker who thinks on his feet and comes up with creative ideas

5. Strong communication and persuasion skills

6. Good interpersonal and organizational skills

7. Professional attitude and presentable personality

8. Good with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Google sheets
