The ideal candidate for this position will help us identify maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. and Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

Key responsibilities & performance metrics :

- Generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Responsible for managing the sales leads on CRM

- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals performing effective online demos to prospective clients.

- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing holistic solutions.

- Needs to have an empathetic ear and decent communication skills

- Managing end to end sales process including invoicing, collection, up selling etc.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 1-3 year professional working experience into Sales

- Strong communication and Convincing skills

Salary - 21k - 27k In-hand
