Magicpin - Associate/Senior Associate - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Brief:
- We at magicpin are looking to hire Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing Individuals. The Capacity is an Associate role.
- Ideal Candidate should have working knowledge and experience in Google Ad words/Facebook Advertising and/or other paid marketing platforms like Affiliate Marketing (preferable, not compulsory) & working knowledge of MMPs.
Qualifications
- You have a solid work ethic and highest accountability
- Working knowledge of MMPs, Google Ads /Social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- You like to navigation ambiguity and streamline things
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Basic Knowledge of Excel and G-Suite. SQL/Python is a plus
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent Teamwork skills
- Good communication skills
The Role's Responsibilities Include (not limited to)
- Execute the on boarding for all new partners end to end
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs - CAC/CPT)
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
